James J. Veneruso is the firm’s managing partner and is an AV rated attorney as certified by Martindale Hubbell. His biographical sketch appears in Who’s Who in American Law, Preeminent Lawyers of America and Super Lawyers. Mr. Veneruso has more than 35 years of experience in corporate law and real estate. He regularly represents large and small companies in a wide range of real estate, land use and zoning, financial and corporate matters. His practice includes the acquisition, development and financing of commercial properties. He is a former adjunct instructor of Business Law at College of Mount Saint Vincent and lona College.
