Mr. Veneruso’s practice encompasses a diverse range of transactional real estate law matters in New York and Florida. This includes commercial development, land use and zoning, commercial sales, acquisitions and financing, office and retail leasing, as well as residential sales and acquisitions. He also represents a wide array of cooperatives and condominiums throughout Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Veneruso worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers. Mr. Veneruso also serves as general counsel to the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce. During law school, Stephen worked in the chambers of the Hon. Robert M. DiBella of the New York State Supreme Court, and served as a law clerk in the New York based Law Office of Pitta & Giblin, LLP.
